A little note from me
Hi, I'm Justine, founder of The Juliva Space. I am so happy you have found your way here.
Almost 3 years ago I moved from the UK to settle near Vevey in Switzerland, with my French husband and our 2 daughters.
Every day, I am reminded how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful part of the world, surrounded by mountains, lakes and endless opportunities to slow down.
Before this, I built my career in Human Resources, working for banks and financial services organisations. I saw first-hand how easy it is for work to take priority over our mental health and physical well-being and the impact that prolonged stress and burnout can have on people's lives.
I have always been a big believer in wellness retreats, giving people the time and space to slow down, reconnect with themselves and move back to better habits and practices. However, it was also very clear to me that so many of us simply don't have the time to disappear for a week or travel halfway across the world for a reset.
That's why I created The Juliva Space.
Our all-inclusive wellness weekend and one day resets are designed to fit around real, busy lives. Less annual leave to take. Less travel. Less planning
Our carefully curated itineraries always include mindful movement in the most beautiful of settings and calming wellness practices such as yoga and sound healing. We also ensure we provide nourishing seasonal and locally produced meals. We want you to return home feeling stronger, more like yourself again and better able to face the challenges of day to day life.
